RMA Conditions

Previous to the return of the claimed goods an RMA-Number has to be the requested from ALLNET GmbH. When requesting this number the invoice number, the article description and a conclusive description of the failure must be specified.

The responsibility of ALLNET GmbH refers to the following cases
- Repair of the products if possible
- Replacement of the products
- Refund the purchase price of the product -
The RMA Number is valid for four weeks after granted. Please return the goods within this period of time!

Goods without RMA-Number cannot be considered and will be sent back with costs.

Please note that we have to raise a handling fee of 25€ if there is no error determinable at the returned goods. Handling costs of other manufacturers or deliverers can differ from 25€ and will be told as soon as we get to know them.

Please put the RMA-Number visible on the shipment.
Please use a shipping carton. -
Please consider that all returned goods always have to be sent in with all accessories e.g. power supply, CD, cable etc.
