RMA Conditions

  1. Previous to the return of the claimed goods an RMA-Number has to be the requested from ALLNET GmbH. When requesting this number the invoice number, the article description and a conclusive description of the failure must be specified.

  2. The responsibility of ALLNET GmbH refers to the following cases

    - Repair of the products if possible
    - Replacement of the products
    - Refund the purchase price of the product
  3. The RMA Number is valid for four weeks after granted. Please return the goods within this period of time!

  4. Goods without RMA-Number cannot be considered and will be sent back with costs.

  5. Please note that we have to raise a handling fee of 25€ if there is no error determinable at the returned goods. Handling costs of other manufacturers or deliverers can differ from 25€ and will be told as soon as we get to know them.

  6. Please put the RMA-Number visible on the shipment.
    Please use a shipping carton.

  7. Please consider that all returned goods always have to be sent in with all accessories e.g. power supply, CD, cable etc.
